Auto-Login to Exhibitor Portal

Auto-login links allow exhibitors to instantly get to their Exhibitor Portal. There they can edit their company profile, add marketing materials, images and videos, and reserve or buy additional booths, logos in header, featured listings, logos in booth, and extras

Benefits

  1. Your staff does not need to spend time on exhibitor registration and correcting exhibitors' profiles.
  2. Company profiles are more complete and accurate, because they are done by the exhibitors themselves.
  3. Exhibitors can add their own extras, allowing you to make additional revenue without additional time spent.
  4. Exhibitors can view and select sponsorship options in the portal, providing another source of revenue.

How exhibitors can get the link

  1. If you have allowed exhibitors to reserve or buy booths through the floor plan, exhibitors will receive the auto-login link along with the reservation confirmation email.
  2. You can send this link from the Exhibitors page. Click on the specific exhibitor for whom you want the auto-login link, then click the “send email” icon.

     3. To get the links for all exhibitors, organizers can go to the Exhibitors page and click ‘Export’, and download an Excel document containing a column with auto-login link.

4. You can also mass email the auto-login link to your exhibitors if you have a configured mail server setting.

 

What is the difference between editing company profiles by the event organizer and the exhibitor themselves?

Exhibitors do not see the ExhibitorID or ‘Admin Notes’ fields. To buy extra booths, floor plan ads or extras, exhibitors have to select these options and buy them, while the organizer can do it instantly.
