The prices are for a single floor plan for one event. The price is based on the number of booths. Choose from 2 options: "Floor plan design by ExpoFP" or "DIY Design." Contact us for a yearly license for 10+ events.
Option 1: Floor plan design by ExpoFP
A must have if you want the best-looking floor plan!
If you want your floor plan to look as good as possible, have our professional design team make it for you. Standard Design is ideal for event organizers with minimal customization requirements. PRO Design can accommodate even the most complex-shaped venues and customization preferences. Compare design options.

The prices above assume DWG/DXF files. If only PDFs are available, it adds 10% to the price. For events with more than 1000 booths, please send us a DWG/DXF/PDF floor plan for pricing.
The design is usually complete in 7–10 business days, if it is needed sooner, there may be an additional fee for urgency.
(No credit card needed, will be automatically downgraded to free version after a 7 day full-featured trial.)
Option 2: DIY Design
You can use our Designer tools to create your own floor plan and have it live for as long as you want with a monthly subscription.

If your event has more than 1000 booths, DIY Design is not recommended. Consider ordering your floor plan from ExpoFP instead.
Interactive kiosks
Display your event map on touchscreen kiosks that double as a sponsorship opportunity. The plug-and-play vertical (49”) or table (43”) kiosks are perfectly designed to complement your ExpoFP map. See our brochure.

Indoor positioning
Live "blue dot" positioning improves wayfinding and provides additional analytics. Mobile SDK license fee includes beacon rental. ExpoFP charges +20% to any floor plan design for additional quality control and technical support.
